Sunset Bay at Torviscas Apartments is situated just five minutes' walk from the beach, the colourful Puerto
Colon marina and close to the busy centre of Playa de las Americas. There are many shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the resort. The
resort has two swimming pools, one of which is acclimatised during the winter months. The apartments are spacious and well-furnished. The resort
is on a hill and has many steps to the units and may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair.
Sunset Bay at Torviscas is part timeshare ownership and part hotel
apartment. The difference in quality between the hotel
apartments and timeshare apartments is considerable. All our

DIRECTIONS TO SUNSET BAY AT TORVISCAS
BY AIR: Nearest airport: Reina Sofia(18kms). From the airport, follow sign for TF1 Los Cristianos. Take exit 30 marked Torviscas/Playa Fañabe. Turn
right and right again, crossing over the motorway. Carry straight on passing hotel Torviscas Playa on the right. Take the next left turn (calle
Antonio Navarro) and Sunset Bay is 500m up the road on the left hand side. The reception is round the corner from the main entrance and on the left
hand side. There is an airport in the north - Los Rodeos - approx. 110kms.
FURTHER INFORMATION - ALL UNITS ARE ALLOCATED UPON ARRIVAL
The resort comprises studios for 2 with a double wall bed, 1 bed units for 4 with double bed and double sofa bed, 2bed units for 6 and 3 bed units for
8 with double bed, twin beds and double sofa bed. All units have a full kitchen with four ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker
and sandwich toaster, along with a ceiling fan(s), air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe,
satellite TV and telephone. Cleaning is six days a week, sheets are changed once and towels twice a week. No pets allowed. Units numbered 500
or 600 are on the top two floors of a block with no lift. The 'D' block units can be very noisy at night. A refundable deposit is required on
arrival, payable by credit card or Euros. This enables you to set up a charge account to pay for sundry items purchased on-site, telephone calls,
newspapers and takeaways. Pool towels can be hired from reception. Please advise the resort if you will be arriving early to try to ensure your
apartment is ready as soon as possible. A REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME, WHICH INVOLVES REPAIRS TO THE BUILDINGS AND GARDEN ARE UNDERWAY.
