DIRECTIONS TO LAS BRISAS
BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Arrecife 35kms. BY ROAD: From the airport follow signs for Yaiza - LZ2.
Continue along this road going through Macher and passing signs for Uga and Yaiza. After Uga,
signs for Playa Blanca appear. Continue to follow these, still on LZ2 road. On approaching Playa Blanca, go over the
mini-roundabout, go past the petrol station on the right and turn right at the next mini-roundabout. Take the first right. There is a sign 'Zona
Residencial Las Brisas'. Turn left into the car park. The resort is on the left hand side.
FURTHER INFORMATION - ALL UNITS ARE ALLOCATED UPON ARRIVAL
There are single storey villas; a one bedroomed villa with twin beds and a pull--out sofa bed (two singles) or a two bedroomed villa which has an
additional double bed. All units have a full kitchen with four hob rings, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron
and ironing board, satellite television and a telephone. Each villa has its own patio and barbecue. Cleaning is once a week and
towels are changed once a week. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. A utility charge is payable upon arrival by credit card or in cash. Upon departure,
the balance of the bill must be paid if the amount used is more than the original amount. A small welcome pack is
available upon request and charged at local cost. At least one member of the party must be 21 years of age. Members cannot
exceed the maximum occupancy of the unit (adults and infants count alike). The resort cannot upgrade
clients to a larger unit upon arrival. Babysitting can be arranged via reception. Please advise the resort in advance of
the number in the party. Building work across from resort may cause some disturbance to guests
